The firm presently employs more than 30 legal staff including 8 partners based both in Shanghai and Beijing. Most have bilingual capabilities and several have been educated or trained in common law jurisdictions.

The lawyers and law clerks are generally organized into practice groups, which focus on different areas of law and business, providing in-depth experience and skill in their respective areas. The firm is led by a managing partner, who is assisted by a partner-in-charge of each group. Many of our lawyers have broad experience in several areas of law, and strong skills in strategy, planning, coordination, and implementation.

Our team has experience of co-operation with leading international firms in London, New York and Hong Kong, including a lawyer admitted to practice in Australia. We are consistently recognized as one of the most able legal advisors on PRC laws, and in various cross-jurisdiction transactions.

The working languages of our team are Mandarin and English. Some of our lawyers and support staff are also fluent in Cantonese, Taiwanese, Shanghainese, Sichuanese, Fujianese, and other dialects.
