The firm currently has two offices in China -- one in Shanghai and the other in Beijing.
This ensures the firm's presence in both the leading centers of finance and commerce
and policy and culture in China, and provides a basis for the firm's practice throughout
Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and the Asia Pacific region.
Our Shanghai Office , located in the famous Shanghai Stock Exchange Building, has
been a leading legal practice in the city for many years and has continued to attract a
dominant market share in high profile commercial transactions.
Our Beijing Office , located in the luxurious Twin Towers, is now becoming
our springboard to Northern China. Our Beijing team is one of the quality legal service
providers in the city, covering Beijing as well as the northern provinces in China.
Our Hong Kong Office , located in Bank of America Tower in Hong Kong, was approved by the Law Society of Hong Kong as a foreign law firm on April 2, 2006. Chen & Co. Law Firm became one of the first PRC law firms and the only one firm in Shanghai establishing an office in Hong Kong. Our Senior Partner, Frank Chen, is also approved to practice as a foreign lawyer and advises PRC Law in Hong Kong.
